Program & Fees

The Outlaws will play in tournaments from April to August. Most tournaments will be local to Southeastern, PA, and Northern, DE  For the 2025 season, we will field travel coed teams from U8 to U18. Team levels will be determined by the players who register and may include players from various levels.

Fees

Evaluations

Skaters: $60 Goalies $30

Evaluations are required to play for the Outlaws. Registration fees are due at the time of sign-up. The fees cover on ice evaluations. 

Program Registration

Skaters: $325 Goalies $175

This fee covers TWO TOURNAMENTS your player participates in, one clinic, and insurance which covers your player for all practices, clinics and any game or tournament not sanctioned by USA Hockey. We expect your player(s) to make all of the tournaments. This allows us to be competitive and field as many teams as possible in each tournament. To play for the Outlaws, you must commit to playing in at least two tournaments.  

Individual Tournament Fee

Skaters: $150 Goalies $100

The first two tournaments you play in are included in the Program Registration fee. You will pay a reasonable out-of-pocket fee for each of the tournaments you attend beyond two. This fee per tournament will vary and is based on the number of participants per tournament.

Players are required to have Home & Away Game Jerseys and socks. Pant shells are optional.

  • Players who participated in Evaluations will be notified of their team placement through TeamSnap and will be prompted to complete their registration.


  • In order to participate in any tournament, you MUST register for the Program FIRST. 


  • Registering for the season through TeamSnap also sets you up to RSVP for tournaments. There is no separate tournament registration. 


  • Program Registration is separate from the Evaluations Registration and must be completed in order to play for the Outlaws. 


  • Note: Only players who have gone through evaluations or the are eligible to register. Missed evals and want to still play? Get in touch.

  • There are four waivers that you'll need to sign. 


  • You will need to obtain and enter your new USA Hockey number.    


  • A registration fee will be collected that covers two tournaments, one clinic, and insurance.   


  • For each tournament you participate in beyond your first two, there will be associated fees that your coach will communicate to you and you will be invoiced through TeamSnap.


  • We expect your player(s) to make all of the tournaments. This allows us to be competitive and field as many teams as possible in each tournament. That said, you’ve made a minimum commitment to three tournaments.

  • Once you have complete registration, your player will be put into the TeamSnap system and officially added to their team roster. You will NOT see anything in TeamSnap until you have paid. Then, it will take a few hours to post. 


  • Download the TeamSnap app or go to the website to log in but give us 24 hours to get you in the TeamSnap system. Your team and roster will likely appear in TeamSnap during this window. Try deleting and reinstalling TeamSnap if it's been 24 hours and you don’t see your team.

  •  The tournaments will be listed in the TeamSnap app under the Schedule Tab approximately one week in advance of the tournament. You will simply list your player’s availability for that tournament by RSVPing to each tournament game. You WILL NOT see all the tournaments in the TeamSnap app yet. 


  • Set your availability in your TeamSnap Team Schedule ASAP so that your coach and team will know if you're planning to play in the tournament. 


  • If you can attend, list your player as “Going” to EACH game within the tournament.  


  • If you cannot make a tournament (or a specific game during a tournament), you will simply list that as “No”on the RSVP button of the Schedule Tab.

  • Once you have paid and are rostered (and can see your roster), all communication should be directed to your coach. 


  • Once the season kicks off, we are heavily dependent on our coaching team to run their own show and manage players and their families.
